At reMarkable we create better paper for better thinking. It is our outmost goal to make you satisfied with your product. If you for any reason are not satisfied with your reMarkable purchase, we will offer you a full refund or a replacement item. 

 

How to return 

1. Create a new account* to create a return request. Choose between return for replacement and return within return period (14 days), and have your order details available. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your return once the request has been submitted. You will be notified by email once your request has been approved by one of our staff.   

2. Schedule a time for pickup by DHL as informed in the email.  Make sure to print the return label as found in the booking request.   

3. You will receive a replacement item or a refund within 2 weeks after your device has been picked up. Please allow for more time during holiday periods. 

   

Note that you need a separate account for this, and cannot use your My reMarkable-account.
